The owner recreated the roast pork he ate in Cuba."Mojo" is a Spanish word meaning "a combination of citrus and garlic."These are tender meats that have been seasoned with spices and herbs and then slowly cooked at a low temperature.

Normally, pork shank is very tough when grilled, but after being thoroughly seasoned, it's left to rest overnight.Afterwards, it's simmered slowly until it's so tender you can cut it with chopsticks—a dish that Danke/Danka is very proud of.Please order it with a baguette!

A Cuban sandwich is a hot sandwich filled with roast pork, cheese, and homemade sauce, then grilled in butter and pressed.The owner recreates the cooking methods he learned locally, and the roast pork is marinated for several days in a special sauce made with oranges and limes, then cooked at a low temperature to ensure it's juicy.This is one of our signature dishes, crispy on the outside and bursting with flavor on the inside.This is a hearty one-plate meal that includes a variety of side dishes.
